Why practice meditation?
It is common for busy people and high achievers to experience:
- Worry and stress
- An inner critic
- Perfectionism
- Sleep difficulties
- Feeling reactive or disconnected
- Recognition that coping tools (productivity, achievement, caffeine, etc.) are no longer sustainable.

The origin of these problems is within the mind.
In modern life, most of us have developed short attention spans and problematic mindsets that hold us back from reaching our potential.

Your mind was designed to be a tool that solves problems, not be a problem.
Meditation and mindfulness combined with practical tips on how to cultivate a beneficial mindset can provide a wonderful way to increase awareness and manage stress. Your mind becomes more disciplined, leading to a way of living that is calm, intentional, and accepting.
Regularly practising these tools may assist you to:
Recover from burnout
Learn to slow down and make space for your nervous system to rest.
Strengthen resilience
Develop practical tools to manage stress and overwhelm.
Improve clarity and focus
Clear the mental clutter and strengthen your ability to respond rather than react.
Connect with yourself
Find your way back to what truly matters, and who you are beneath it all.

Your facilitator

Hi - I’m Emma and I’m really glad you’re here!

After nearly 20 years' working in Human Resources and more recently establishing my own consultancy, I understand the desire for a peaceful refuge. A respite away from pressure, expectations and deadlines - some of which we impose on ourselves.

I’ve come to see that we are more powerful than we’ve been led to believe. The mind is trainable, and can be a tool that is used to support us, rather work against us...
